The physician can use a digital hand held recorder, the telephone (800 number) or both. Each physician in the practice can use the method that is best for them.

Using the itranscription software the staff can easily send dictation (recorder only) and retrieve the completed transcription from your practices web page. The completed Microsoft Word documents can be retrieved from any PC that has our software and an internet connection.

itranscription is ideal for practices with multiple locations because of its flexibility. The dictation can be submitted from any location and retrieved from any location. Copies can be easily e-mailed to another location and to referring physicians. Physicians can also easily submit and retrieve files from their home computer.
