Customization

Documents are custom formatted for letterhead paper, plain paper or special forms. We also include a file for printing envelopes that accompany these letters. In addition, if the physician uses test forms or templates in their practice, we can provide the associated transcription. The practice simply scans in the test forms or templates and submits them to our web page.
